COPRAM (Société de Commercialisation des Produits du Maroc) has been exporting food products made in its group’s factories for more than 25 years.
Our mission
To market and export the best food products from Morocco, guaranteeing their quality and authenticity, and making them easy for professionals around the world to source.
COPRAM is part of a group of seven specialised food factories, six in Morocco and one in Spain, and sells their entire output: olives, capers, pickles, preserved lemons, jams, olive and argan oils, sauces and canned food, under the Aïcha and Luxeapers brands.
Our head office is in Vitrolles, near Marseille (France), close to Marseille Provence airport. From there we serve importers, distributors, retailers and foodservice companies in more than 30 countries.
Milestones
Nearly a century of Moroccan know-how
- 1929
Aïcha is born
Les Conserves de Meknès launch the Aïcha brand, which becomes Morocco’s reference for jams and canned food.
- 1979
COPRAM is founded
The company sets up in Provence, France, to distribute these products across Europe.

Six factories in Morocco and one in Spain produce olives, capers, pickles, jams, oils and sauces.
